A Pop Up Restaurant from Juanita's Kitchen
Join us at Juanita's Kitchen for our Japanese Pop Up restaurant with Kazuhiro Hidaka. Kazu has been a mainstay at the Cold Spring Farmer's Market offering his Krazy for Kazu dressings and marinades. Now Chef Kazuhiro has come to Juanita's Kitchen preparing authentic Japanese dishes on Sundays throughout the winter, while Chef Juanita takes the day off from preparing her own classic Mexican dishes (Don't worry, we're still open for Mexican food Tuesdays-Saturdays).
Kazu's menu will vary, but there will always be noodles, such as ramen, udon, and soba. For our final Pop Up restaurant this Sunday, we are open for two dinner seatings only. Sorry, no lunch.
