Mole poblano is considered Mexico's National Dish! Chicken simmering in a rich, peppery sauce. Served with rice and quinoa salad. ****Allergy Alert**** The mole's rich dark color and bold flavors come from a blend of the different peppers and other ingredients which include almonds, peanuts, and dark chocolate.
