Each week Juanita creates special dishes representative of different regions of Mexico.








Daily Special Entree
Special dinner entrees for the Week of January 20. Dinner specials can be picked up after 3pm. Pozole Rojo (Tuesday)
Pork and hominy stew in a chile ancho and guajillo broth. Jalisco style. Served with tostadas.

Guisado Ranchero (Wednesday)
Beef and potatoes in a tomato and poblano pepper stew. Served with rice and beans.

Pastel Azteca (Thursday)
Layers of corn tortillas, poblano peppers, corn, Mexican cheeses, a blend of chicken and pork, mixed with salsa verde and garnished with avocado. Served with beans.

Shrimp in Chile Sauce (Friday)
Broiled shrimp in a chipotle sauce. Served with cauliflower rice and a side salad.

Sopa de Calabaza (Tue/Thu)
This creamy butternut squash soup has a touch of chipotle peppers. This soup has no dairy.
