Each week Juanita creates special dishes representative of different regions of Mexico.








Daily Special Entree
Special dinner entrees for the Week of February 3. Dinner specials can be picked up after 3pm. Huaraches (Tuesday)
Handmade griddled corn patty pockets opened and stuffed with steamy black beans. Heaped with your choice of chicken, steak, chorizo, or cactus. Topped queso fresco, and salsa casera (red), with a side of sour cream. Served with soup of the day.

Coloradito de Pollo (Wednesday)
A Oaxaca-style chicken in a rich sauce made with pasilla and ancho chiles. Served with rice and beans.

Bisteces a la Mexicana (Thursday)
Tender and delicious sirloin tip steak with sautéed onions, tomatoes, and cilantro. Served with rice and beans.

Pozole Verde (Friday)
Hominy and pork Mexican stew from the state of Guerrero. Steeped in a green salsa made with tomatillos, pumpkin seeds, and serrano peppers and topped with avocado, radishes, and oregano. Served with tostadas.

Sopa - Mexican Vegetables (Tue/Thu)
A delicious medley of fresh vegetables including yuca, chayote, and corn in a vegetable-based broth.
